What to expect in your first session
During your first session, we’ll start with a brief conversation about your medical history, background, and personal goals for Pilates. We’ll ease into the session with warm-up exercises or stretches tailored to your needs. From there, we’ll focus on exercises designed to align with your goals, often incorporating Pilates equipment like the reformer to enhance your practice. At the end of the session, I’ll provide you with exercises to practice at home and share any additional advice to support your progress between sessions.
